Fun in the sun on the south coast
All three lads are on the mic to look back on the past week on all things United. Unfortunately it is the end of the season, but we are finishing strongly. It was a trip to Brighton where we usually tend to play badly. Not on Sunday. It was a controlled and intelligent performance and saw us come away with a 3-0 win.

Goals from Patrick Dorgu, Bryan Mbeumo and Bruno Fernandes proved to be the difference. The Dane in particular received praise from the lads for his direct approach, power and speed. He will be hoping for more improvement next season and less injuries. It was a solid display against a side looking to get into Europe.
The match also marked the first one since the official announcement of Michael Carrick as manager. It is due reward for the turnaround in the side since he took on the reigns after the departure of Ruben Amorim. The squad seems to be behind the man and willing to fight for him. His calmness and willingness to take on advise has paid dividends. The challenge still remains for next season. We wish him the best though.
The game on Sunday saw Bruno Fernandes notch up his 21st assist of the season. It helped him achieve PFA Player of the Year, FWA Player of the Year and Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year. The usual suspects were crying foul about it but he has proven his quality. Roy Keane in particular has been like a jilted girlfriend over him.
Keane might not be the ideal partner but we do need to start looking forward to recruitment next season. Whoever comes in will have to possess the right mentality and willingness to work hard.
If the listeners are looking to support someone during the summer, I have the perfect suggestion. A team in red and the birthplace of myself and John. You know it makes sense…
